Your problem, we Fixit.
Plumbing gets expensive the longer it waits, because water damages everything it touches on the way out. What we get called out for.
No hot water
A water heater that's stopped: pilot or ignitor, thermocouple, heating element, thermostat, or a tank that's finally rusted through. We tell you which, and whether it's worth repairing at its age.
Leaks — under sinks, behind walls, at the heater
Supply lines, shut-off valves, P-traps, and the slow ones you find as a stain on a ceiling. Finding the source is most of the job.
Clogged or slow drains
Kitchen, bath, laundry and main-line clogs. Repeat clogs in the same line usually mean something structural, and we'd rather find that than sell you the same snaking every three months.
Running or leaking toilet
A flapper that never seats, a fill valve that won't shut off, a rocking bowl or a failed wax ring. Small money, and a running toilet can be thousands of gallons a month.
Low or dropping water pressure
One fixture or the whole house — those are different problems. Aerators and cartridges at one end, a failing pressure regulator or a supply issue at the other.
Garbage disposal and kitchen drain work
Jammed, humming, leaking at the flange, or a disposal that trips its reset constantly.
Sewer smell or a gurgling drain
Dry traps, a venting problem, or a main-line issue. It's worth taking seriously rather than pouring something down it.
Not on the list? It's still probably us — book online or call (470) 905-2576 and describe it.
Active flooding, a burst line, or sewage backing up? Call — don't wait on a window.
Shut the water off at the main if you can get to it, then call us and tell whoever answers what's happening so a person can handle it rather than a booking form. Water gets expensive by the minute, and this is the one plumbing situation where the phone beats the website.
Call (470) 905-2576What plumbing looks like around Savannah.
Homes around Savannah sit on coastal humidity and salt air that corrode fixtures and fittings faster than inland, and that shows up as scale in the bottom of a water heater, seized shut-off valves and cartridges that fail early — it's why heaters here often need flushing more than the manual suggests. With historic downtown houses, mid-century Midtown and Ardsley Park bungalows, and fast new construction out through Pooler in the Savannah area, we also see the full spread of supply materials, from galvanized and polybutylene that's living on borrowed time to modern PEX — and what's behind your walls changes both the repair and the price.

Priced, then approved, then done
You get the repair price before we start. Plumbing surprises are usually a communication failure, and this is how we avoid ours.

Answered straight.
My water heater is out. Repair or replace?
Age decides it more than the fault does. A thermocouple, an element or a thermostat on a heater under about eight years old is a straightforward repair. A tank that's rusted through isn't repairable at any age — once it's leaking from the tank itself, it's done. Our technician tells you which one you have and what each path costs before anything is ordered.
Do I really need a plumber for a slow drain?
Not always — a single slow sink is often just the trap. What's worth a call is a drain that clogs again within weeks, more than one fixture backing up at once, or gurgling, because those point at the main line or the venting, and store-bought chemicals won't touch that. They will, however, sit in the pipe and make it harder to work on.
How do I find my main water shut-off before I need it?
Worth doing today rather than in an emergency. It's usually where the supply enters the house — a garage or crawlspace wall, near the water heater, or at the meter box out by the street. Find it, make sure it actually turns, and tell everyone in the house. It's the single most useful five minutes of home maintenance there is.
Can you replace a toilet or faucet I already bought?
Yes. Bring whatever you picked out and we'll install it — including hauling the old one out and replacing the shut-off valve if it's the original and seized, which on an older house it usually is.
Is a tankless water heater worth it?
Sometimes. Endless hot water and a smaller footprint are real, but so is the higher install cost, and gas ones may need a larger gas line and different venting — that's where the budget goes sideways. We'll price both against your actual setup instead of giving you the brochure answer.
Do you handle plumbing under a home warranty?
Yes — we're an authorized contractor for the major home-warranty brands. We document what we find and report it; your policy decides what's covered, and we'll be straight with you about what we're reporting either way.
