How much does a service call cost?
A flat $89 service call — and it's waived when you hire us for the repair. You approve any repair price upfront, before a wrench is turned. No surprise fees.
How soon can you come out?
Book online and pick the Monday–Friday 3-hour arrival window that suits you, and we'll confirm it against a real technician's schedule. How soon depends on the day and the trade — we'll tell you straight rather than promise a time we can't keep. Fixit plan members are scheduled first, and Member Plus includes same-day priority.

Yes — every technician is insured and background-checked before they ever knock on your door.
